Teams
While WooCommerce Memberships offers a Teams feature, MemberSync takes group management a step further. It allows you to sell memberships to groups like companies, organizations, or classes. But MemberSync adds some additional features to streamline the process. To learn more about configuring teams within WooCommerce Memberships, refer to this documentation .
Upload CSV
MemberSync allows Owners and Managers who also has admin access to invite multiple Members via a CSV upload.
This action will prompt a modal where they can:
- Download the CSV template.
- Complete the necessary fields, including email and role (where "manager" or "member" are the only accepted roles, in lowercase), while team_id is optional.
- Save and upload the filled out file.
Furthermore, Owners and managers can choose to exclude users who are already members. Upon successful upload, invited members will receive an invitation to join the Team via email.
Synced LearnDash Group
MemberSync provides Team Owners with the flexibility to 'unlink' Group from their corresponding Teams. However, it's crucial to note that this action is irreversible. Restoring the previous functionality would necessitate the creation of an entirely new team specifically for MemberSync synchronization.
